Service terms & guarantee

Offers define the objective, deliverables, price, customer responsibilities, timing and exclusions. The standard payment model for defined projects is 50% deposit and 50% after agreed delivery unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

The delivery guarantee applies to expressly agreed work within the control of Springinklee e.U. Undelivered work portions are refunded. Decisions, approvals, identity checks, account recoveries, rankings and processing times of third-party platforms are not guaranteed. Cybersecurity work is only performed on authorised systems within a written scope.
